They may change and do not, by themselves, form a project contract or guarantee a particular result. A project’s final scope, fees, deliverables, and timing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Each project should have a written proposal or agreement that sets out the applicable scope, responsibilities, fees, schedule, review and revision process, payment arrangements, support, and any cancellation or change terms. That project-specific agreement governs those matters if it differs from these general website terms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the rights or permissions needed for materials they supply, such as text, images, logos, and account access.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Drey Studio name, website text, visual identity, and other site materials belong to Drey Studio or their respective owners. Do not copy, republish, or commercially use them without permission. Ownership or licensing of materials created for a client project will be set out in that project’s written agreement.

6. Blog comments

When you submit a blog comment, you confirm that it is your own contribution or that you have permission to post it. Do not post spam, unlawful or abusive material, misleading links, another person’s private information, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Comments are reviewed before publication. We may decline or remove a comment at our discretion. If a comment is approved, you allow Drey Studio to store and display that comment, your chosen name, and any website link you provide as part of the blog discussion. Your email address is used for comment administration and is not displayed publicly.
